SUNDAYS AT FPC
WHAT IS THE WORSHIP SERVICE LIKE?
Our service is a traditional, reformed time of worship. We begin with a call to worship from Scripture and conclude with a benediction. We sing hymns, have a pastoral prayer. The sermon lasts about 30 minutes with the whole service lasting about an hour.
For a more detailed guide to our worship, see Our Worship page.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
Nursery We have a warm and well-staffed nursery for newborns to 3-year old children just across the Breezeway from the Sanctuary.. Care of children four years of age (before September 1 of the year) and older is provided by the Children’s Ministry through their educational programs. See our Nursery page.
Children We encourage children aged 4-5th grade to join us for Sunday School from 9:30-10:15 am. During this time, the children will study God’s word, memorize scripture and the catechism. Children are dismissed to parents at 10:15am to join the worship service. Just before the sermon, children aged 4-1st grade are dismissed from the worship service to attend Children’s Church for an age-appropriate Bible lesson. See our Children’s Ministry page.
Students Grades 6–12 are invited to worship with their families at 10:30 AM and Sunday School at 9:30 AM. See our Youth Ministry page.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
You are welcome to come dressed however you are comfortable. Most dress business casual.
WHERE DO I GO ONCE I GET TO FPC ON SUNDAY?
Everything funnels through the outdoor breezeway. The sanctuary is on the left side; the Welcome Center and Nursery are on the right. Look for our greeters to welcome you and point you in the right direction.
